Description

This is Camp Birchrock at its best! Classic camp activities and new adventures run all day and into the night. Our evening activities include a mixture of all-camp games, small-group experiences, and telling stories around the campfire. Each week, campers participate in a cookout and some cabins take on an overnight tent camping challenge. Learn new skills, build new friendships, develop a deeper understanding of the natural world, and simply have fun! Scholarships are available for this program.

Just a reminder for future cancellations we require at least one weeks notice in order to offer refunds as we've already scheduled staff and have ordered food and program materials for the following week!

Important Reminders:

  • Health Forms: Don't forget to bring your completed health form with a doctor's signature. This is required for all campers to participate.
  • Prescriptions: If your child needs to take any medication(s) during camp, please bring them in their original labeled bottles.
  • Camp Gear: Pack your swimsuit (girls one piece), sunscreen, bug spray, and all your favorite camp clothes.
  • Camp Swag: We have cozy camp sweatshirts for $25 and white shirts to tie-dye for $15 available for purchase.
  • Food: Camp provides nutritious and delicious meals throughout the week. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them on your health form. For any snacks brought from home, please pack them in a clear plastic tote with a single detachable lid (no folding lids)Junk food and energy drinks are not allowed at camp.

Optional Extras:

  • Canteen Program: Beat the bedtime munchies with our canteen program! For $10, your camper can choose a drink and snack every night before bed.

Cell Phones:

Camp is a chance to unplug and connect with nature and new friends. Cell phones will be collected upon arrival and returned at the end of the week. They can only be used to call parents with counselor permission in case of emergencies.

Homesickness:

It's normal to feel a little homesick sometimes, especially at first. Talk to your child about strategies for dealing with homesickness before they come to camp. Our counselors are also there to support and help them have a great week!

Early Pick-up Policy:

Just a reminder that we won't be able to offer refunds for early pick-up this year. We encourage you to talk to your child beforehand about staying for the entire week to avoid disappointment.
