2027 Summer Camp Sign Up
Summer 2027 will run from June 07th-August 13th. NO CAMP July 2nd & 5th
As we prepare for another exciting summer at Camp Birchrock, we want to inform families of a few changes to our registration and pricing policies for the 2027 season.
Due to the rising costs of food, program materials, and staffing, camp rates will increase by approximately 6% across all programs for the 2027 season. We have worked hard to keep this increase as small as possible while continuing to provide a safe, high-quality, and memorable camp experience for every camper.
As always, campership, our financial assistance program as well as our membership program will remain available to help make camp as affordable and accessible as possible for all families.
Additionally, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, we will now require a 25% nonrefundable deposit at registration, increased from the previous 10%. This deposit helps us better plan for staffing, supplies, and program expenses based on anticipated enrollment. Our goal with the deposit is not to deter families but to help us better plan and budget to help us decrease the amount and frequency program prices need to be reviewed and increased.
